OGC - Development and implementation of the Government Procurement Graduate Scheme across central Government departments and Agencies including Ministry of Justice, HMRC, HMPS, NHS PASA, OGC Buying Solutions, OGC & Security Services.

FCO - Services - Business Planning - with the ICT Director, Heads of Departments and business accountants on the preparation and final ICT business plan for the organisation to transfer to a “fit to trade” agency on 1 April 2008.

UKBA - IG Change Management and the change strategy for UKBA International Group, to include change management training and change agent workshops.

NCALT - NPIA Responsible for the Transformation Project NCALT, a partnership between National Police Improvement Agency (NPIA) and the Metropolitan Police Service. NCALT provides a national programme of Critical Incident Management through Immersive Learning.
